Map services (OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap)
On our website you can view our delivery areas on an interactive map. The map is only loaded when you click “View all delivery areas”. Before that, no connection to external map servers is established.
Provider
We load the background map (map tiles, fonts and symbols) from OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org), a free map service based on OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). The postcode areas and the map software (MapLibre) are loaded from our own server.

When the map loads, your browser connects directly to the OpenFreeMap servers. Technically necessary data is transmitted:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Requested map tiles
- Browser and device information
- Referrer URL (our page)
Purpose and legal basis
The map shows you clearly where we deliver. Processing is based on your consent, which you give by clicking “View all delivery areas” (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Without this click, no data is transmitted to OpenFreeMap.

Subscription via our website
To subscribe, we need your name and email address. You may optionally provide your country and postal code so that we can send you suitable offers, for example for your delivery area.
We use the double opt-in procedure: after subscribing, you receive an email with a confirmation link. You will only receive our newsletter after clicking this link. As proof of your subscription, we store the time of subscription and confirmation as well as your IP address. If the subscription is not confirmed within 30 days, we delete the data automatically.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Newsletter for customers
When you order from us online, we use your name, email address and postal address (street and house number, postal code, country) to send you offers for our own similar products by email. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(3) UWG).
You can object to the use of your email address for advertising at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by email to [email protected].
Unsubscribing and storage period
Every newsletter email contains a link that lets you unsubscribe with one click. We store your data for as long as you receive the newsletter. After you unsubscribe or object, we keep your email address marked as “unsubscribed” so that we do not send you any further newsletters (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
